Technology:
- Powerdrive = Dynastar's signature new technology enhances the interaction of core materials, unlocking the ski's natural flex for groundbreaking stability and snow contact. Powerdrive is a three-piece sidewall that extends into the core in the forebody. The TPU section closest to the core isn’t bonded to it, allowing the laminates in the Legend X 106’s sandwich construction to shear or move relative to one another.
- PAULOWNIA WOOD CORE reduce ski weight by 25%. Dynastar combines this lightweight wood core with fiber laminates developed by the Race Department, guaranteeing powerful stability and lightweight performance.
- SANDWICH construction feature a layering of core materials (wood, fiberglass, metal, etc) and full-length vertical sidewalls to deliver optimized edge grip, precision, balance, and power.
- TITANAL laminate optimize dampness, stability, and torsional rigidity for maximum power, precision, and downhill performance.
- TIP and TAIL ROCKER with traditional camber underfoot eases turn initiation, adding playful maneuverability and float while retaining energy, shock-absorption, and edge grip for confident performance across all terrain and snow conditions.
- ABS sidewalls drive energy more efficiently to the edge of the ski for increased edge grip and dynamic ski control.
